Two things:

Make topic notes on index cards. Glance at them and then tell the auddience

what you

have to say as if you were posting on the list or explaining to a friend.

Don't try to remember everything.

If you can't answer a question don't guess. Take their name and email and tell

them you'll

try to find the answer and get back to them.

Encourage them to us our websites for some information.

If they are on another diet, don't criticize. just point out why SCD may help

more.
