I am ready and will be bringing my extra BTVC book with me for a loaner;). I am overexcited. Can anyone suggest anything to calm my nerves? I couldn't sleep last night thinking of wording and getting up to fix the final copy. I wanted to remind Jeni Lyn that I will be using the pics and stories she sent to me today. I will let you all know how it goes. Wish me luck! Thanks for all the info. and help you all give here! Jenn & Kali 10 months SCD > Two things: Make topic notes on index cards. Glance at them and then tell the auddience what you have to say as if you were posting on the list or explaining to a friend. Don't try to remember everything. If you can't answer a question don't guess. Take their name and email and tell them you'll try to find the answer and get back to them. Encourage them to us our websites for some information. If they are on another diet, don't criticize. just point out why SCD may help more. Carol F.
