Guest guest
The inside of the Yogourmet yogurt maker has two lines (at the very bottom). If you are making one quart of yogurt fill it up to the first line BEFORE putting in the container. If you are making two quarts, fill it up to the second line (the taller line) BEFORE putting the container in. The second line is a little more than a cup of water - not sure how much the first line is. The water baths the outside of the yogurt container and keeps it at a constant temperature. Guest guest
Thanks Carolyn. I have been doing it without. Does this make 'bad' yogart? I am about to make another batch and will start doing this. Sandy M. > > > > Have I missed something?
