I see that the yogurt is a staple in the diet in the various recipes. I am concerned about food poisening though. Any thoughts? My children are on different points on the spectrum, any advise on dairy vs no dairy? I was thinking I would start WITH dairy and if I see no results in 4 weeks then take it away before throwing in the towel. How much time off dairy though do I allow before making a decision?
