Suzanne,

Thank you for bringing this topic up!! Elaine was very much against

the idea of wild fermentation. I also want to remind everyone to

only use SCD legal starters. The BED starters are NOT SCD legal.

I am a big fan of fermentation and asked Seth Barrows who is the

expert for SCD fermentation to write an article about fermentation

and SCD. I will post the link tomorrow as well as a link for making

SCD legal sauerkraut. Please read Suzanne's post below my email.
