Hello everyone,

Just wanted all to know that I had my surgery Monday, July 10 at 11:00 and was

home by noon on Tuesday. My husband and sister can't believe how well I am.

They keep asking if I need anyting and I just tell them I have to walk anyway

so I can get things for myself.

I am still a little sore and still learning how to eat slowly. Someone

suggested a while back to use the little bathroom cups for jello. I use them

for other things too. I fill one with yogurt and know I have eaten all I need

at that time. I can get 3 servings out of one carton of yogurt and do not

feel hungry.

Dr. Rugledge was great and said I had no problems at all. Just what I wanted

to hear. He said I had a beautiful liver. I am so proud!!

Take care,

,

I'm glad to hear that you are doing so well this soon after surgery. I'm

amazed that you feel like posting this soon. I really don't know what I

expected but you are a welcomed inspiration. Take care of yourself and I

wish you the very best. Keep us posted.
