Guest guest
colby, i will try to answer the question based on what i would do and why. i would assume that dairy yogurt can continue since it is part of intro diet. i would probably wait 2-3 days while doing intro before adding back the nut yogurt. i would add back nut yogurt perhaps as a first add on after intro unless you have reason to believe that she is having difficulty with digesting nut products. the nut yogurt is made from nut milk and so it should be a much more digestable form of nuts than nut butter or nut flours. donna ps. i would interested in what others had to say. . . > > Question - when restarting the intro is it necessary to wait to start > the yogurt again or can we keep eating it?
