Yippee! Don't shop until you get there. The best things to have the first few days are the little 3oz. go yogurts, Broth (yummy)V8 juice, And what ever kind of juice you like. Tomato soup and beef broth, where the best for me. I got tired of the sweet juices and crackers (yea mmmm those were my firends too)! I will bring the meds, you just bring your tums, wintergreen became Lori and my new form of candy..LOL You will want a small tiny cooler if your plane ride is longer than 2 hours. We lived in the kitchen at the Armours every couple hours. I have to tell you it was wonderful being with other MGBers after surgery. You will be surprised at how you become tuned into everything the post-ops are drinking or eating. Everyone is at different stages. For example the Parson are 8 and 6 months out they ate way more and a wider variety of food then me. I wanted to eat what they were eating but no could do. Well, IM rambling so bye for now. Lori said she may pick you up at the airport. she said it is 40min each way in the opposite direction. I told her what ever you decide. Remember, thurs we take Carl back and you can have the car for any running around you have. I still have not made my mind up on where I am staying ??????? Can't wait to see ya.....15days and counting.
