I have Trigon BC BS Virginia.

They have been great. I had my surgery July 10th. They had all

documents signed sealed and delivered to me and Dr. R. 2 weeks after

I applied for surgery. They have been a gift from God. They even

approved 3 days in Hospital even thought I was out after 1.

If you have questions I hope I can help answer them.
