MICHIGAN APPROVAL

Every once in a while. . . there is a person that renews your faith

in the human race. An angel from up above. For us Michiganders,

that special someone is .

For the past three weeks, has worked day and night, educating

our Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield attornys about the mistruths of

the MGB. They had denied 9 of us at last count. There excuse. . ...

not that we were not medically necessary.... not that we were

excluded. . . .but that the procedure was experimental.....

How does an individual fight that?

If it was not for with the help of Dr. Rutledge, we

would never have accomplished the agonizing appeal process many of us

we had to go through to gain approval. bypassed all that and

went to the top.

wasted no time getting to the top eschelon of BCBS. She had

kept us abreast of each and every problem that BCBS had come up with,

along with the concerns they had to disapprove this procedure. When

BCBS had a question, had the answer right off the top of her

head. She knows this procedure so well, she did not even have to

think twice about the issue at hand.

Three weeks and two days. . . . it seemed like a lifetime. Now the

hard part is over. We were approved today. We are on our way to

North Carolina.

Dr. R is even giving us a Michigan Day. . .

, I just want to thank you for all you have done, this comes

from all of us. We could have never done this without you. Flo

thank for the advice. It was the best advice I have ever taken.

It was also the cheapest. would not take a dime for all the

hours she spent getting us approve. We really appeciate this .

Dr. Rutledge, you should really consider hiring this angel. She

would be wonderful to work with your insurance approvals and denials.

And she is so experienced!!!!!

Well North Carolina here we come. And . . . . were not going

without you!!!!!!
