Belle,

The only type of apple drink we can have it fresh pressed apple cider. So

basically the rule is:

if its that clear *pee* yellow colour, its not allowed

if it is that brown foggy colour, that is allowed-this stuff should also come

from a local farm so that you know it has not been adulterated at all.

Hi,

On the website for elli apple juice it says it makes its apple juice

without concentrates and is 100% pure apple juice. I am thinking that this would

be SC diet legal. Does anyone know if it legal?

You can also juice apples yourself at home... if you have a juicer (mine was $15

at a garage sale). And always dilute!
