Patient and Family support letters

Hi Gang

My name is Vicki Amos and although Ive been on the list for quite

sometime I rarely post,but try to read them everyday( i must admit

that somedays it just doesnt happen,work and 2 young boys you

understand). I am trying to finish up my packet so I can get it in

the mail to Dr. R and find that I could really use some help with my

letters. I have printed the example letter from the web site and I

would appreciate it very much if anyone on the list would consider

sending me a copy of your letters so that I can use them for
