i got a cbc and a basic chem....i think..lol..also you need an ekg,

pap smear and mammogram....i just sent my packet in today...overnited

that bugger to durham....make sure when u do your patient letter that

you use headings for each paragraph..it was a true weight (lol) off

me...to get it in...i am hoping for a 7/26th date...but it seems to

be filling up quickly!! if i get any more info on my packet i will

let ya know!!! dancin' happy feet!! mary!!!!!!!!!!
