of speed. Mine has been extremely fast, but it is slowing down a lot now

too. Which is fine, I am age 56 and have no desire to be real thin. Don't

Please tell us how you did it--I'm interested in hearing the stories

of people who have had tremendous success (such as you!), to try and

figure out what the similarities are, so that I can duplicate those
