Guest guest
Juts read a very familiar story from one of our posters expressing very familiar concerns and frustrations. What are med schools teaching about rosacea. It seems that too many derms dismiss rosacea as no big deal. Here's the metro and the cetaphil and the other stuff. Some how we have to focus the right attention on how devasting this cursed thing is. How it has affected our lives. I know that all I want is normal skin, skin that you can wash once or twice a day, I don't want perfect skin, I want skin that acts and reacts like skin. Surely, rosacea cannot be that complicated. we need to chnage the perception. Maybe the NRS is doing a grave disservice in how they promote rosacea . cea is serious. It deserves to be given higher priority for research. But how, when it is considered a treatable, non-life threatening ( well it has done more than threaten my life, not my physical life, but my quality of life ). Guess I should stop now since I am rambling. OBTW, sorry to complain but I have posted 2X about salicylic acid. Thnaks Stacey. Should I post again, since Stacey's reply to me has been countered by a question related to a specific moisturizer and now my original post is lost. Eek!!! ThanksMarjorie!!!!!!!!!!!! talk to you all later Regards
