Found a SCD SAFE Sublingual B12

Wanted to share. At Eology Health Center (although not advertised on

her web site), they sale a B12 Folic Acid Sublingual that is only

sweetend with a little honey. All ingrediants appear to be legal.

Doseage is one drop under the tongue. She said that it is safe for

children. Good for those of us with BAD BREATH.

She also sells many other products, but beware many are not SCD legal,

or contain illegal starches/sugars, and the probiotic bifidus (Elaine

and Dr. Haas beleived that this " good " flora is over populated in our

intestines and causes problems in high numbers)and is not allowed. So

be careful to ask many questions before buying. She is very friendly

and helpful.
