If you have a baking stone, slice your veggies thin (<1/8th inch)

and put them on the stone at low heat (200F oven) until their edges

start to curl up. Zucchini and summer squash are usually quick, but

dense things like carrot and/or butternut squash take longer. I

sometimes hedge my bets by sauteeing them briefly in ghee (we also use

a sprinkle of Redmond's Real Salt) then putting them on the stone or

dehydrator. It really does come down to your oven and the thickness of

the veggies. HTH :-)
