Be sure to let us all know how Walter does on your appeal, since

he now has publicly shown that he has a CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST

in representing you because he thinks Dr. Rutledge's procedure

is " bad " and that he is protecting people by refusing to

represent them. He has a LEGAL DUTY to withdraw from

representation of your case.

And I'd like to know what state he is representing you in, too,

please.

There is also an Obesity Surgery Support Group for Insurance

problems that was formed just to help people with insurance

problems who didn't have good luck with Walt. If you'd
