Dearest Mom Free Spirit,

I trust your information about the vinigars. I too have researched

into this when we used the apple and my thrush came back! We also

had problems with grape juice...so believe you their too! So many

things have hidden yeasty beasties...that are just ready to creep in

and screw things up for us!

How do you suggest that we rid our mouths completely of yeast sticky

biofilms. The NYSTATIN DID NOT WORK! We have decreased the

honey....do you have suggestion, go ahead and e-mail me off the

serve if you want. We also need a Lactase that is SCD safe since

KIKI is still breast feeding and although weaning it won't be any

day soon thanks to emotional/AUTISTIC crises when we cut her down to

zero.

Although suffering was full of excitment...I think we will not use

the vingar or Welche's Grape Juice, that caused the yeasty thrush to

come back. Thanks for the tip. I rather be dull these days....and

feel better.

Even though Elaine made legal the apple cider, many people are unable to drink

this, in addition to the grape juice and other legal juices. If your thrush came

back when trying the vinegar, there's your answer. Introducing the legal foods

slowly one by one, when on an even keel from an elimination, will show you much

about what you need to do. You are correct, so many things have hidden yeasty

beasties including the air you breathe and the yogurt you make (it touches the

air afterall).
