Is that true?? Does this mean only cash before the surgery? What does " provide the preop letters to patients " mean? Can anyone out there clarify this for me? I have been lurking on this list for awhile but have yet to start the process in earnest because of work committments but I was hoping to do it soon. I do NOT have $14,000!
