HI....GENZ IS BACK HOME!!!!!!!

Hi Guys and Gals,

I just wanted to let you know that I made it home just fine. I had such

a wonderful time playing with the crazies in Durham. Trish as always you are the

life of the party. Lori you are such a gracious hostess and so giving. You made

me feel right at home. you and your family are so sweet to open your home

to us. You have a beautiful family and your boys didn't even mind when I took

food away from them....ha....ha. Rick and Janet you are still the sweetest

couple I know. I got to meet and enjoy so many new post-ops and pre-ops..... Dr.

R is still the cutest and sweetest doc in North Carolina. I hated to leave

everyone and miss the big party at Theresa's house. Theresa and Chris....you

gals are a couple of good lookin' babes!!!!!!!!!!! I only hope I get to follow

in your foot steps!!!!!!

I made it to the wedding in Tyler and it was wonderful!!!!!!! After the

wedding we went to the lake for the rest of the weekend. We had a wonderful

time.

I went for my two month check-up with my PCP today. My blood pressure

was

110/74 without meds!!!!!!!!! Before surgery it was 160/100 with meds!!!!!!!! My

PCP just moved to a new office and he has a new set of scales and they are

weighing me 10 pounds heavier than the scales in his old office. What a

bummer!!! Even with the new scales I'm showing a 31 pound loss. It's not as good

as 41 pounds but I'm adjusting my scales to agree with the new scales ( which

also agree with Dr. R's scales ) ( still a bummer!!! ). I have lost a bunch of

inches and my clothes are getting real baggy. Thanks to Trish and Lori I have a

few new things to wear......don't you just love it when someone cleans out their

closet!!!!!!

Dr. Bill I'm sorry I missed you when you were in town. I was really

looking forward to seeing you and Bobsy. I hope you had a great time at your

reunion.

I hope all the new post-ops are doing good. Judi, Margie, Bernie,

and all the

others....take care of yourselves. Judi give Carl a big hug and kiss for me. He

is a real jewel. When's the next party????? September is so far away!!!!!
