One last Post from Me Before I Go

Hi everyone !

Jody I'm back to greet you when return. I have missed everyone and

since seeing the excellent new guidelines outlined under the above

subject line, feel adequately qualified and comfortable to post on SCD

diet, recipe and cooking topics.

I became overwhelmed and puzzled in areas I am not familiar with. Being

an adult with celiac, on the diet, I had retreated to focus on my own

pursuit of SCD which is going the best it has been in my whole six

years.

And Patty, how wonderful that you are also back to help in Jody's brief

absence.
