Guest guest
I once told them that they we are carbohydrate intolerant (which is the truth). Two times this is the reply.... " oh that is so sad....no wonder why you guys are so thin " ......and then I tell them...guess what: " Eating this way we are finally GAINING weight " ...and they just look baffled! Antoinette (day 43 entire family finally healing from Celiac Disease and many other problems/ when GF CF and SF did not work...SCD does) What to tell people who don't understand I just tell people that my son is allergic to complex carbs, and that the complex carbs put him into a fog. As soon as you say allergic they don't seem to question what you are doing! Sue 6 yr old son, APD? SCD 7 weeks

We are intolerant only of certain or SPECIFIC carbohydrates. The worst thing is people thinking this is a low carb or ketogenic diet as that would pose a danger to the children with the exception of a siezure diagnosis. Carol F.
