Guest guest
Elaine, There is no set time frame (like 5 days) for introducing new foods. It's more individualized. Some people can tell after one meal whether their child can/cannot tolerate a new food. For some people it takes a day or two. Others, perhaps longer. So, the best thing to do is just to keep a really good food diary with what he eats and track his behavior. Guest guest
Thanks, I will do that. It is good to hear that it is just a couple of days, I thought was going to be restricted for ages. Anyway has coped brilliantly on the first day and he has been so happy!! Fantastic eye contact and great interaction. I guess that I am hoping that the only way is up. Elaine Re: after intro diet?
