Been on scd for 15 months and nuts and milk are not good for me. does not make

any difference if the yoghurt is cooked 24 hours. I do take a lactose pill to

help digest milk and it helps somewhat. Best to not eat milk products.

I also drink chamomile tea which helps plus large doses of vita -c

Meat and veggies that are cooked good except I have to go lightly on chicken as

I was told that in some cases chicken can make inflamation worse.

I guess rotation is the key. Does anyon else have similar?
