Guest guest
Where you get your flour makes a big difference. Lucyskitchenshop.com is the best. I've tried the nuts4you site and though it looks the same, it's more course in taste and I don't like anything made with it due to the texture. I won't say Lucy's is just like regular flour, but it really does make yummy baked goods. Banana bread, cookies (the cinnamon and peanut butter are amazing), pancakes - all great! Robbie How to make Almond Flour fine or soft? Hi Everyone I am a bit of a novice in the kitchen but everytime I make anything with Almond flour ( muffins, bread, crackers) they come out rough coarse and gritty and my son hates them. I haven't tried any other flours as yet but is it possible to make almond flour soft and fine like illegal flours? Does anyone have any helpful hints? Guest guest
www.digestivewellness.com has a variety of finely ground SCD nut flours, that come out smooth. The hazelnut and Brazil nut flours are my favorite.
