Walter,

Your post was quite misleading in that the reader may think you have

no ties to ASBS. You should have clarified (from your website) that

you are " the only attorney invited to join the American Society of

Bariatric Surgeons (ASBS) and is a member of that organization's

Insurance, Patient Access and Commerce Committees " .
