Hi Molly:

We deep fry squash chips or carrot curls. Make sure you transfer each batch

over to another colander lined with kitchen paper. (If you keep adding new

batches on top of the previous batch, the bottom ones seem to lose their

crunch.) After they are cooled, we put them in freezer bags and store them in

the freezer. They keep for about 2 weeks. For school, I transfer to small

container and my daughter always finishes every crumb.

Happy veggie cooking!

Do they stay crispy is I store them in a baggie? plastic? paper?

I'm hoping to do batch cooking a couple days a week for snacks and stuff.
