The French authentic cuisine does not use artificial stuff. they do use flour and cream but at mine I order Roast Duck and green beans, a ;'naked " salad, fruit and cheese for dessert and a glass of zero sugar red or white wine. i would have absolutely no interest in anyhting rated as GF/CF. That diet has prolonged healing in too many of the children here. It contradicts a science that I personally believe in and know that conclusive scientific documented eveidence will someday silence the nay sayers!!! Carol F.
