All supplements and vitamins have to be SCD safe...did you say " non-allowable "

enzymes and vitamins meaning that they are not SCD safe? That and the yogurt

may be your problem. We had this same " false " start in the beginning thanks to

my vitamins being illegal...it was enough to keep my " vicious cycle " going.

Hope this helps. Now my food is digested when I go...thank GOD> yet still

staying away from more advanced foods....or trying our best to.

exception of

non-allowable enzymes and vitamins. Plan to change that soon. Ds has been

doing good,

meaning he has been passing a bm every day and sometimes more than once. They

aren't

always the best looking bms but still it's better than constipation.

yogurt.

The lactose in the regular yogurt could have created problems. it sounds like

you were

making good progress before.
