Legal tomato sauce/strained tomatoes?

Hello,

I read in BTVC that tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes are not SCD

legal, but tomato juice and paste are. I have two organic products

that I am wondering if I can use:

organic tomato sauce - tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt

organic strained tomatoes in a glass container - nothing added

What do you think?
