Can you tell me in more detail how to make dressing for salad....we are dairy free also (with acception of 3 t of goat yogurt a day). Even the smell of viinegar used in household cleaning is intolerable. I just use olive oil or SCD mayo ( which I make with lemon juice) It is probably a sulfite sensitivity. Carol F. I know it uses raw cashews, but I am assuming that you aren't feeding raw veggies to your littlest two anyway since they are so young. It may still be too soon for raw veggies for any of you. You'll have to try some cautiously and see how it goes. A lot of people can't add raw veggies a month into the diet.
