Guest guest
A few weeks/months ago, there were many posts about glutathione and someone mentioned that the herb, dill, can help your body make it's own glutathione. Since reading that post, I bought some organic dill, froze it, and now try and sprinkle a little on my daughter's food once per day. Is anyone else trying this, instead of giving glut transdermally or otherwise? I'm not sure that the minute amount that I sprinkle on her food makes a difference. (I tried the dill pickles and she hated them!) ~Jill
Guest guest
FYI- Freezing your foods causes them to loose some of heir potency/nutrients etc. So with cooking or heating.
