Lets put our time eating SCD and DX after our name please.

Hey guys, it would be easier for all of us reading posts if we all put

our time on the diet and reason to why we are doing the SCDiet after

our names.

This helps responses to questions and problems put into better

perspective and those reading can understand what is going on better,

and those of us who have a peroblem can find those with the same

problem.

I do believe somewhere in the list guidelines it tells all of us to do

this.
