Can anyone recommend a good ham?

I am looking for an organic, hormone free, nitrate & nitrite free ham

that does not use any sugar in curing, but only honey. I found

Organic Valley which uses honey, but it also has a lactic acid

starter. I called them and was told that the lactic acid starter is

from dextrose which makes up about .01% of the product. Then I was

told that the " natural flavors " are made from vegetable juices...they

are getting back to me on specifically what vegetables. This is the

only one I've found that comes close to being okay.

Can anyone recommend SCD legal ham?
