Guest guest
Ordering from my co-op and came across this: http://www.lifeway.net/product/farmers.php Is this acceptable as *dry curd* farmer's cheese? I'm having a tough time finding the stuff! Thanks, C.

Guest guest
, You don't need the DCCC to follow SCD. It's not a requirement. I've never even seen it or used it. But if you want to use it, feel free to. I would have to say no to the link you sent. It said that the cheese is " soft " . DCCC is not soft. You can order it from scdiet.com. There are probably other places too. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
