Dinah,

My husband's company Tyco International had BC/BS of SC originally. They

had a lot of problems getting them to pay on stuff so they changed to BC/BS

of AL. I have been doing the 12 diet so I could drop this excess (hahaha)

weight for surgery (Dr. Rutledge suggested that while waiting for approval

that I do everything in my power to lose as much as I could to ensure my best

surgery results). I have also been fighting a very nasty flu. I am trying

to avoid taking meds cause I don't want to get approval and then have to wait

for the meds to get out of my system. I only have the cough left and it

seems to want to stay.

I also have been very busy taking care of my special children (remember I

care for handicapped/MR children). Summer is always busy for me with parents

taking vacations and such. I was going to quit my job but I can't stand the

thought of where these children might end up if I do. Besides, once I have

the surgery, my job should be a breeze!

My ins. is now reviewing my case so hopefully I will not have long to

wait for my turn to dance.

Let me know how your day at clinic goes and then of course I know you

will let us all know when you get your approval :-)
