Hi Keri, Anne Marie Papas Dr. Sutherland's secretary's e-mail address is

Papas001@...

Keri, you need to contact Anne Marie and schedule your surgery date and then

get your approval for the surgery. Ask Anne Marie if she helps with the

approval of your surgery from your medical insurance CO. Once your surgery date

is

set then start right away trying to get your insurance approval. You will

also need to collect all of your medical records. I had to collect mine and

send them to the Fairview Hospital in MN. It is very important to get your

surgery date set and get approval as soon as possible. Sometimes it takes a

while

to get approval for your surgery. At least it took a long time for me. If

you need any questions answered please feel free to ask. I will be glad to help
