Guest guest
I am making a copy of this post and it is going on my refrigerator door! I forget to take my vitamins every morning. Kim, what do you think of gingsana and ginkoba, my sister made me buy it back in January of this year and I have yet to try it. Yes, I do forget everything. Guest guest
Dear , I have taken gingko biloba off and on for several years. I found that when I'm under extreme stress that it's harder for me to recall certain things (names, dates, events, etc.), and I hate that feeling. I've found the gingko biloba definitely helps. I buy herbal teas that have ginseng in it. My son drinks ginseng tea too (when he remembers). Along with my multivitamin/mineral tablet, I also take coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E, DHA, magnesium glycinate, vitamin C and sometimes a probiotic.
