Would you please share all of those in one post so that those of us that could not attend will be in on the scoop??? I heard that he is updating the manual but I would love to know now. He didn't give us specifics other than no longer taking the children's Motrin. He answered many questions, many of them person specific and pretty much we already posted the information..about Citrucel, only taking prescription drugs for pain, etc. Other than that, nothing new...same stuff as in the manual. And he did explain things further..for instance what Citrucel does for us and why it's important.
