My husband and I are doing ok (no symptoms as long as no vinegar) with our raw

spinach salads with cooked pieces of fruit in them....very tasty, (nothing else

raw yet, every thing still steamed or boiled).

The kids still eat everything cooked (accept for four year old that seems to be

OK with sliced and peeled apples). Nothing raw yet for one year olds. For us

adults, I was trying to stay as simple as possible with the dressing...this is

why vinegar problem is upsetting. Should I try apple vinegar...does this have

sulfites in it?????

You see we are all at different stages.....it is tons of fun keeping track of

everyone! Thanks for all you advice...you are a sweetie to help us all like

this!

Re:Vinegar-Carol?

Have you tried making the mock ranch dressing on pecanbread.com?

I know it uses raw cashews, but I am assuming that you aren't feeding

raw veggies to your littlest two anyway since they are so young.

It may still be too soon for raw veggies for any of you. You'll have

to try some cautiously and see how it goes. A lot of people can't add

raw veggies a month into the diet.
