Guest guest
, You could do the intro again but I would give it a little longer than 3 1/2 weeks...my 5 year old son with autism has been SCD x 6 weeks now and after 5 weeks he potty trained in a day and is making great eye contact and has several other positive results...I was not sure if the diet was working at first but am glad we continued with it. Best of luck to you! Also watch out for any hidden illegals! Deanna tarinya2 wrote: I tried to post this earlier but apparently it didn't take. I have been doing the SCD for 3 1/2 weeks and am currently doing Stage 2 foods. I am going to go back and do the intro diet again because I have not seen any results. When people talk about going back to the intro diet, do they mean doing the intro for a bit and then going back to whatever stage you were on, or re-starting the whole SCD (ie doing the intro and then adding foods one by one again)? SCD 3 1/2 weeks trying to clear up yeast (in me) and food intolerances (in 4 month old DD) For information on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, please read the book _Breaking the Vicious Cycle_ by Elaine Gottschall and read the following websites: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info and http://www.pecanbread.com
