Update and Dr. Appt

April 10, 2003

Hey All,

Well I went to see my Primary Care doc today....she's my sample lady...LOL

Anyways...I have not been feeling well for awahile. I think its allergies and

a cold...or the allergies flared me up...who knows.

All I know is that I am just exhauseted and hurt. And I mean hurt....Plus My

lungs are all wheezy and congested and I thought WED night my already

shrunken right lung had collapsed or something ..It hurt so much.I just

couldn't get comfy.....I guess it was a plug or something.

Anyways ... the doc asked me to take a deep breath and it turned into a major

coughing spasm.......It keep coming and coming and coming......I gagged and

would have thrown up everywhere but there wasn't anything but mucus to come

out...and the water Id been drinking....so the doc just stood there and the

nurses just looked completely grossed out.....

Anyways,I got several samples of my meds which is good b/c I cannot afford to

get them filled.Also I am going to try some singular and see if that helps

some....I get soooo out of breath sometimes it makes me panic and then no

matter high high I turn my 02 up I still cannot breathe.

I go to see the Pulmo on Monday. I'll probably be going in and doing my 4-5

days in and then a week or two at home....Start IV's on Monday and Finish

them on the 27th....the day I leave for Vacation. I also need to make sure

they follow through with the TX eval at UAB. Ive been trying to get them to

send the stuff since October when I got very ill.

I'll be going on vacation to Florida with my hubby the last week in April and

I'll be ticked if Im sick...my hubby may actually just shoot me.....LOL

Anyways....After a whooping 6 weeks out of the club it'll be club time....At

least I made it a whole month this time...LOL
