Yes, , I'M SHOUTING!!! I have been fighting Blue Cross and Blue

Shield of Alabama for over a year now and have been denied twice.

Actually, I think that it was more like three or four times, but they

quit calling them denials after the second one. started

working on my case a little over a week ago and she called me while

ago and told me that she talked with the Doctor who does the reviews

for Blue Cross and that I am officially APPROVED FOR SURGERY!!! This

is a victory for many people, because Blue Cross tries to run so many

of us off by dragging things out, and denying us for vague reasons so

that we will give up and they can keep their money. has been a

God send for many of us on this list and I want to say that I OWE HER

MY LIFE!!! I have so many co-morbids that it was just a matter of

time before my excess weight killed me. I can't thank you enough,

, and I will find a way to repay you in some way. I also want to

say THANK YOU JESUS!!! Jesus does love me, and he sent me an angel to

help me when I needed it most. Those of you in insurance battles,

DON'T GIVE UP!!! You pay these companies and you deserve to get

medically necessary care. As said, find out what they need to

give you an approval and give them the information. They are then

obligated to approve you. Thanks again !
