I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be off the list until

Monday, May 29th. I will be in Chicago for the AutismOne Conference.

New members posts may be delayed during this time. This is because

the first post by each new member is moderated to prevent the list

being spammed with dating service (and worse) ads.

Sheila is still off the list. I don't know how much time Mimi will

have to answer questions. So, please be patient.

Also, I'd like to request that everyone follow the list guidelines

while I am gone. Try to keep posts on the topic of SCD.

THANK YOU JODY, we will miss you! I hope that those take note of Jody's last

request for all of us to PLEASE keep topics about Specific Carbohydrate Diet

only. This means only topics from the BTVC book, Elaine's web site, or Pecan

Breads web site.

Other wise we start talking about interventions and supplements that may not be

needed for success, and truly misguide the new comer into believing that it

takes much more than just SCD to heal. This is very confusing to the new comer

and may send their success astray. We do not want this.

With just implementing a strict SCDiet, like us, and thousands others, they can

possibly have success by " keeping it simple " . Some of these interventions and

supplements, Elaine Gottschall feared, can interfere with this success.

Thank you all for keeping posts on the topic of SCD at this time to keep

confusion and the possibility of confrontation at zero. Peace would be nice at

this time.
