All,

a couple of weeks ago I had several problems that I thought

were a huge problem. One was one of my student loans took my

state tax refund and I though they were going to take my

federal. In looking into it, they couldn't take my federal

and the reason why they took the state was due to a list

that only goes out once a year, so if you are delinquent

when the list goes out, but then catch up, they will still

take your state tax. Not a big problem. The other one, was

that State disability wanted to know if I was getting any

funds from other sources (such as extended sick leave and

short term disability) and I was afraid that I would lose my

state due to them, even though I mentioned these sources on

my application. But I filled out the information on the form

and sent it in. Turned out they were just keeping track of

the other sources and that it didn't affect my state

disability check. It was a great relief to get my next

disability check in the mail yesterday. So my mess is no

longer a mess. Thank you all for your help and support you

gave me when I over reacted to these issues. Guess I just

needed the cry, since that was the first time I cried since

I had gone on disability.
