Guest guest
One step at a time...Don't bite off more then you can chew..=) Take your time and read through the web site below, there's alot of good basic info there. http://www.westonaprice.org/splash_2.htm Thank you Tony for all your advice on nutrition - mind boggling stuff! I've come to the conclusion that I may actually need to see a nutritionalist now to get a diet plan drawn up for me. I keep on making half hearted attempts myself (this has been going on for years) and have all the right intentions but when I actually get down to shopping and making meals, I end up eating things that maybe I shouldn't either because the prospect of raw veg for dinner makes me despondent or I just can't find ingredients in shops or don't know what to make with the good ingredients I've got. I too am a vegan (except for my occasional consumption of cheese) - this was not by choice - the fact is that as much as I would like to eat meat - every time I look at a piece of meat I see the animal not the meat and also, can't stand the taste of meat either. I think it makes good sense for me now to get the diet done professionally as I think it is having a big effect on my health, not just rosacea but many other things too and also feeling exhausted all the time even when I have lots of sleep. So, just to say thanks again for all the info and hopefully if I get my nutrition sorted for once and for all I may see a big improvement.
