Deodorant- There are several types on the market. There are mineral

stones. Those work fairly well. I use one called Naturally Fresh

Deodorant Crystal-roll on.

Here are the ingredients:

Purified water, Natural Mineral Salts, Xanthan Gum and Chamomile Extract.

I know that Xanthan gum is not allowed as a food item.

There are probably others as well.

Hi Jody,

It was great to meet you in DC at the DAN conference. (It's also great

to be getting caught up at home from the trip and to have time to

post, and to check the board and see you back and posting too!)

Anyhow, I have always wondered about these mineral rock deodorants. I

worry that they have aluminum in the mineral salts, which is the main

reason we avoid traditional deodorants. Do you know if they've ever

been checked for this?

Thanks,

Suzanne
