Hello Everyone,

Well here we are at Club Med again. was only here in December. His

cough was terrible when we brought him to emergency on Saturday night and

the final straw was when he brought up some very fresh blood. There are many

budget cuts happening and the doctors said yesterday that they would send

him home Sunday or Monday. This is ridiculous considering the state of his

lungs and I have confronted them about this and so they have backed down and

said they will not send him home until both they and myself are happy too.

It can be extremely draining in here sometimes fighting for everything. But

on the other hand the staff are extremely supportive and I know that they

feel just as frustrated with the system.

I have just found out that there is a computer with the internet here in the

hospital available to us for free. This is fantastic, so I will be able to

keep up with you all.

When we came home from holidays in Feb I had 835 emails and I was not

looking forward to coming home from hospital as I knew there would be so

many again. I have just come to this site and there is already 367 and we

only came in Saturday night.

BEV: thankyou so much for the booklet for teachers and caregivers. It came

just before came in. And THANKYOU SO MUCH for the Calender. It arrived

this last week while is here in hospital. It is just so inspiring. The

nurses, doctors physio's and other parents just love it and so do I.
