Hi ,

It would be easy to agree with your Mom. After all the doctor agreed you are

not physically able for employment, and the occupational guy seemed to be

negative about possible employment. As to time interval for notification of

outcome, well that will very due to the workload. I would suggest a target of 30

days. After 30 days you might consider calling. You should first be notified by

a

letter and then if approved for SSI the financial settlement and award will

follow in about two weeks.

sorry I didn't see this when you sent it. I hope you soon

get news that you get your SSD information. I'm still

waiting for my first decision. I had my doctor appt. and now

I'm waiting to hear anything. I think I need to call my

lawyer and ask for a status as I haven't heard anything

lately.

Don't let those girls run you ragged.
