Has anyone written to the manufacturer to see if the ingredients listed are

really what they say they are. It appears legal. Any input would be helpful.

Eileen,

This food is NOT for beginners since it contains coconut. One

person,who I know, did try to investigate its legality. She was

worried that since the macaroons only contained egg whites that the

egg whites might be processed somewhere else.

She spoke to the owner but was not sure if the macaroons are legal.

She decided not to use them.
